ABOUT JACK SHAMAMA
I’m an award-winning Producer, Product Manager, and Writer with over 15 years of experience working for a diverse and wide-ranging group of clients — from Internet start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on LGBT-related content and distribution.
As a Producer, I excel at working with principals, designers and developers to take an idea and manage the development to bring the product to market. I’ve overseen this process for an eclectic, wide-range of products — from games, e-commerce platforms, and blogs to feature-length and documentary films. I’ve overseen every aspect of production from stem to stern: securing funding, managing script development, creating (and adhering to) budgets, creating film festival strategies, music licensing, DVD and VOD release and international sales and distribution.

Called something by the New York Times, I oversaw all aspects of the Travis Mathews production - from securing funding, managing script development, creating (and adhering to) the budget, managing film festival, DVD, and VOD release.

The short screened in film festivals around the world.
One of my first production credits was as Producer for the best-selling women’s CD-Rom in 2002 distributed by for Mattel Interactive.
